Established on July 11, 2023, Pacific Precision Forging Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is an international enterprise jointly founded by PPF INDUSTRIAL PTE. LTD. (holding 99% equity) and Jiangsu Pacific Precision Forging Co., Ltd. (holding 1%). The company is registered in Nikhom Phatthana District, Rayong Province, Thailand.

The company focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of key components such as differential gears and gear shafts for electric drive transmission systems in (new energy) vehicles, hybrid vehicles, and pure electric vehicles. It is committed to providing high-quality and high-performance precision component solutions to the global new energy automotive industry. The project covers an area of 68.5 rai and plans to build an intelligent advanced production line integrating full processes including forging, machining, heat treatment, inspection & packaging, and tooling manufacturing.
